Christoph Garschynski Bio

Christoph joined BSJP | bnt in 2005 as a partner responsible for the establishment and operation of the Poznań-based office. Admitted in 1997 to the German Bar and in 2010 to the Polish Bar, at BSJP | bnt he heads the corporate, commercial, M&A and labour law department. He specializes in comprehensive services for foreign investors active in Poland. He advises on investment and transactional projects in respect of M&A, commercial law and labour law. He is a member of the German Bar Association in Berlin, Poznań Bar Association, and a board member of ADVOC Europe Limited, a leading network of independent law firms. He holds seminars on a regular basis, in co-operation with the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce. His publications concern issues of both German and Polish law. In January 2017, Christoph was appointed the new Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Poznań.
