Tom Bacon has experience acting for domestic and international clients on a variety of issues including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and secondary offerings on both the Official List and AIM, joint ventures, secondary issues and general corporate advice. Tom has particular experience advising public companies on various corporate transactions and has spent time on secondment at Liberum Capital, where he worked with the investment banking team and had first-hand experience of IPOs, secondary fundraises and the role of sponsor and nominated adviser.
