Patrick Johnson has over 17 years’ experience advising corporates, financial sponsors, founders and entrepreneurs in relation to cross border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, private equity and public markets transactions. Patrick has advised on the full spectrum of corporate transactions across a wide range of sectors and more recently has concentrated on real estate and infrastructure related M&A and corporate transactions.
