Kristin Yemm practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law matters. She regularly represents public and privately held companies across a variety of industries in a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Her practice also includes advice and counseling with respect to corporate governance and commercial matters, as well as capital markets transactions. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Yemm was an associate with another law firm in New York, New York.
