James Attonito is a corporate partner concentrating in mergers and acquisitions. Drawing on a decade of transactional legal experience, Mr. Attonito regularly advises public and private company clients in a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and general contractual matters. He is a trusted advisor to clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and operating in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, financial services, technology, health care, real estate and manufacturing. Mr. Attonito is the chair of BCLP’s Recruiting Committee.
