Christian Sauer practice focuses on advising French and international clients on M&A and Private Equity deals. He has extensive experience in structuring and co-ordinating complex and/or cross-border transactions. He is recognized for his experience in corporate and commercial law and also regularly advises on strategic alliances, joint-ventures and partnerships. He assists clients in particular from the telecoms, media, technology, energy and biotech sectors.
