Morten Stadil primarily deals with consulting within Media, IT, Corporate and M&A transactions. Among other things, he advises major Danish and foreign IT and media companies on general company and business law issues. Morten is a fast track arbitrator in larger, complex agreements on IT outsourcing, and has deep insight into e.g. media and IT industry conditions. In addition, Morten is a recognized dealer.
