Kelly D. Hamborg is a member of BrownWinick and is currently Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate practice group. Kelly's practice concentrates in the business transactional area, with an emphasis in real estate and health care transactions. His real estate practice includes acquisition, development, finance and leasing. His health law practice has included negotiation and drafting of hospital/physician agreements, physician credentialing and disciplinary matters, and health law regulatory matters. Since 2012, Kelly has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® for Health Care Law and in the 2015 edition of Best Lawyers, was named Best Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year in Health Care Law. Kelly received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his J.D. from Drake University. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Iowa Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the Health Law and Real Estate and Title Law Sections of the Iowa State Bar Association and a member of the Polk County Bar Association. He was admitted to the Iowa bar in 1985.
