Bio

I am a member attorney at BrownWinick law firm and am currently a member of the firm's Executive Committee. My practice is primarily transactional, with an emphasis on tax and employee benefits. I have successfully completed the CPA exam, and I often work closely with my clients' accounting team on legal issues. My clients are businesses of varying sizes operating in a variety of different industries.
