He has extensive experience in private equity investments including; management buy-outs, management buy-ins and investor led buy-outs, trade sales and acquisitions, commercial joint ventures, reorganisations and restructuring and insolvency disposals and acquisitions. Nigel also specialises in sports law, advising various sports organisations.
