Mark Hughes is a private equity partner in the corporate team with 25 years’ experience. He is client partner for some of the largest commercial clients of the firm and leads the Browne Jacobson team on the most challenging private equity transactions (acting for sponsors as well as management teams and with a strong history of advising on multi-jurisdictional transactions).
