Bio

Paul Doris is a partner in the Firm’s International Corporate Practice Group and a core member of its Energy Transition Practice Group. He represents financial sponsors, multinational corporations, and financial institutions on a broad range of domestic (U.K.) and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, technology, chemicals, healthcare, and natural resources. Paul has advised on a broad range of domestic and international renewable energy projects, including solar, floating solar, energy storage, offshore and onshore wind, and biogas projects. Paul has practiced English corporate law across Europe’s major financial centers, including London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Madrid. He has significant experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Paul is fluent in Spanish and has a broad knowledge of Spanish corporate law. He regularly advises international clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions involving Spain and Latin America.
