Jason Temple is based in Tulsa, OK and is a member of Brown & Fortunato’s Corporate Group, where he advises both public and private clients on a broad spectrum of business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, financing, reorganization and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, taxation, and business succession. He is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Jason is also a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association where he serves as a member of the Business and Corporate Law Section and Young Lawyers Division. Jason graduated with honors from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University in 2012, where he earned his B.S.B.A. and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received the Frank and Edna Asper Elkouri Scholarship for academic excellence. Jason graduated with honors in 2015. While in law school, Jason was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society and the American Indian Law Review, which awarded him the Masterson Award for hardest working law review member. Prior to joining Brown & Fortunato, Jason practiced with a premier business and corporate law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
