Charles Carr Bio

Charles Carr has been in private law practice for over 20 years. Charles has extensive experience in the areas of telecom and business law and is quite familiar with the issues which arise in the Firm’s everyday practice, especially with regard to agent agreements, wholesale contracts, transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the Firm, Charles served as counsel for a variety of technology, real estate, health care and energy firms. Charles graduated from the University of Houston School of Law in 1997, and from the University of California – Berkeley in 1994 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Charles is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in various courts.
