James Wilson Bio

James Wilson is a partner in Banking and Finance, with particular expertise in property finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending and restructuring. He has spent more than two decades in practice, having worked in London, Brussels and Sydney, with clients in the US, Australia, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and the UK. He has extensive experience of advising blue chip companies and private equity firms, and managing multi-jurisdiction transactions. James is dual-qualified in English and Scots law, as well as being qualified in New South Wales. He is based in our Edinburgh office.
