Philip Lamb has over 30 years’ experience advising companies on acquisitions and disposals, both public and private, debt and equity funding and joint ventures. He also advises on initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings on AIM. Philip has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs on their equity and debt investments into early stage and high growth companies, particularly in the technology and biotech sectors and which usually involve rapid turnaround of documents and a highly developed understanding of the client’s commercial aim and risk appetite.
