Kristin Pechinsky Bio

Kristin M. Pechinsky joined the firm in 2004 from the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP in Boston Massachusetts. A graduate of BU School of Law, she brings expertise in public offerings and private placements, annual reporting to the SEC, commercial lending work and mergers & acquisitions. Ms. Pechinsky has published in the 15 ANN REV. BANKING L. (1996): Developments in Banking Law 1995: Interstate Branching; was an Executive Editor for the Annual Review of Banking Law; and the winner of several moot court competitions while attending law school. Ms. Pechinsky is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
