Sophie Cornette De Saint Cyr is a partner and has been a member of the Corporate team for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in M&A transactions and securities law. Her practice includes a very broad spectrum of matters, including cross-border transactions for French and international corporate clients, acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, spin-offs, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She advises family-owned companies of all sizes on key governance and business succession planning issues. She regularly speaks at and chairs international conferences and seminars. She is Vice Chair of the Financial Conferences Subcommittee of the International bar Association since January 2023.
