Samuel Pariente, Partner, is a member of the Financing team. He has intensive experience in banking, acquisition financing (including LBO financing), debt capital markets, private placements and debt restructuring. Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in their New York, London and Paris offices.
