Pierre-Henri Durand, Partner, is a member of the Tax team and practises in the field of French and international tax law. He has intensive experience in advising on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and also assists clients in connection with tax litigation matters. His practice also includes advising corporate executives in connection with management incentive plans. He has written numerous articles, regularly speaks at conferences on French and international tax law and gives lectures at the business school HEC and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
