Patrick Dziewolski, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He has intensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and capital markets and also advises listed companies on securities law matters. He has particular expertise in the energy, construction and financial sectors. He has for many years lectured in contract drafting techniques at the University of Paris V Descartes.
