Olivier Assant, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team, whose practice focuses on M&A, private equity, corporate governance and securities law matters. He has extensive experience in large and high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions, especially those involving listed companies. Olivier advises French and international clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions. He also advises on corporate governance and defence in the context of hostile activity, especially shareholder activism defence.
