Kate Romain Bio

Kate Romain, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She handles matters involving both privately and publicly held companies. Her practice also includes advising clients of all nationalities in connection with their minority investments, strategic alliances and joint ventures. She deals with issues arising under US and French law related to such transactions. Kate is a lecturer on cross-border M&A topics at Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
