Jean-Florent Mandelbaum, Partner, is a member of the Tax team. Jean-Florent is a recognized expert on tax aspects of transactions and in particular in private equity. He also devotes part of his activity to assist private clients on their personal tax situations and advises companies in the context of tax audits and tax litigations. He has published numerous articles on various tax matters, including management incentive instruments, tax consolidation and international tax law, and teaches at HEC.
