Clémence Fallet Bio

Clémence Fallet, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and in private equity transactions. She advises listed companies on their corporate governance issues. Clémence lectures at the University of Paris Dauphine and at the business school HEC (Majeure Stratégie Juridique et Fiscale). She has been a member of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (HCJP) (the Paris Financial Market Law Committee) since January 2023.
