Alexander Blackburn Bio

Alexander Blackburn, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He has particular expertise in M&A and international financings. His practice also includes restructuring and insolvency-related matters. He lectures at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas on mergers and related contractual documentation, private equity and public tender offers, to students preparing the Master’s degree in International Business Law. He also lectures at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris on cross-border M&A subjects.
