Ronald Fisher is a partner in BraunHagey & Borden’s San Francisco office. His practice encompasses a wide array of business disputes, including antitrust matters, breach of contract, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property infringement, trade secret theft, unfair competition, and other business torts. Ron has experience in all phases of litigation, including successfully trying cases to a jury verdict, and has represented a variety of plaintiffs and defendants ranging from Fortune 100 companies, government entities, growth businesses and entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. Ron has also worked on appeals before the federal courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Ron practices regularly in federal court, state court, and in private arbitration and mediation.
