Jason Sanderson is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at BraunHagey & Borden. Jason works closely with a wide range of innovative companies, advising on formation and general corporate matters, operations and commercial matters, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Jason also represents a number of venture capital funds, family offices, and angel investors on their investments in emerging companies. Jason prides himself on providing focused, practical, commercially minded legal advice and being highly responsive to his clients. Over the past 15 years, he has represented companies and investors in over 500 venture capital financings in the US, UK, and other jurisdictions, and domestic and international M&A transactions ranging from small tuck-in transactions and acqui-hires to billion-dollar mergers and sales.
