Andrew Levine is a partner with BraunHagey & Borden. He has extensive experience working on diverse issues including disputes involving trade secrets, patent and other intellectual property rights, antitrust, right of publicity, employee raiding, employer retaliation, professional malpractice, breach of contract and fiduciary duties, as well as other complex business disputes and class actions. He has defended and prosecuted claims on behalf of a wide array of clients–from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and law firms–including a financial services firm in FINRA arbitration and related actions concerning employee raiding; a semiconductor company in one of the first Dodd-Frank Act whistleblower retaliation claims; hedge funds and private equity firms in disputes concerning control over portfolio companies; a products manufacturer in false advertising litigation; a major video game publisher in antitrust and right of publicity class actions; leading technology firms in a class action concerning employee recruitment; technology and biotech companies in patent litigation; an international law firm in a malpractice action; and a utility in a bankruptcy dispute on appeal before the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Andrew also is committed to providing pro bono legal services.
