Matthew Simmondsis a Partner in our Corporate & Commercial team.He has more than 15 years’ experience, joining Brachers as a trainee in 2006 and qualifying into the Corporate Team in 2008. He was promoted to Partner in 2015.Matthew is ranked in the top tier for the Chambers UK 2023 legal directory for Corporate M&A in the South of England. He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2024 directory.His team was shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021
