James Bullock is a Partner and Head of our Corporate & Commercial team. He sits on the executive board of Brachers and is also our lead partner in the international Marcalliance network.He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law, working for a number of leading firms, and has been with Brachers since 2012.James is ranked in the Chambers UK 2023 legal directory in Band 1 for Corporate M&A in the South of England. He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2024 directory.His team has been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021.
