Simon Lewis is a Partner in our Corporate team. Simon is an experienced corporate lawyer offering pragmatic advice with an emphasis on finding solutions not problems. He handles issues such as corporate acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring and shareholder agreements, alongside more general corporate strategy and support. He acts for organisations across a range of sectors from leisure to automotive and is particularly experienced in working with clients from the childcare sector. He also helps to plan transactions alongside corporate finance teams and often acts as a bridge between clients and their other professional advisers – especially in the area of tax planning. Simon has a strong background in non-contentious work and he has a successful track record of managing complicated deals such as multi-million pound acquisitions and disposals as well as in the implementation of long term, buy and build strategies. He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ and one of Manchester’s 7 ‘Next Generation Partners’ in The Legal 500. Simon’s clients include All About Children, EDAM Group and JW Lees. Simon joined us in 2005 and is based in our Manchester office.
