Sam Mabon Bio

Sam is a Partner in our corporate team. A highly experienced corporate lawyer, Sam specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, financing, members’ agreements and incentivisation. He acts for PLCs, UK subsidiaries of foreign entities, LLPs, SMEs, start-ups and high net-worth individuals. Sam has advised clients on deals with a total enterprise value in excess of £6.5bn. He has built up a strong, nationwide reputation for advising entrepreneurial start-ups, especially in the areas of technology and professional services. He also advises some of our largest clients in the sport sector on a broad range of corporate issues, as well as online and sponsorship matters. Classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500, which describes him as "excellent", Sam's clients include Aleph Group, Chase de Vere and Asertis. He sits as a non-executive founder director of an investment company, with a particular interest in the retail and fashion industries. Sam joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of our Management Board.
