Richard Hepworth Bio

Richard is a Partner in our corporate team. An experienced corporate lawyer, he handles issues such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements on behalf of private companies. Richard has a strong background in corporate law and he has been involved in many deals where privately owned businesses transact with international parties. He is experienced in helping international law firms transact deals under English law. He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500. Richard served as Corporate Partner at Chaffe Street (now Brabners) in the 1990s and then took up partnership positions at two law firms in Manchester and Leeds before re-joining us. His clients include Marshall Construction, Supertune and various KPMG CIS partnerships. Richard joined us in 2016 and is based in our Manchester office.
