Marcus Armstrong Bio

Marcus is a Partner and Practice Group Head of our Business Services team. Recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 2025, he's an experienced corporate lawyer who advises on company mergers, acquisitions and disposals, business re-organisations, capital reduction and de-mergers, employee incentive schemes and secured lending. He is also ranked in Chambers and Partners for his "impressive corporate practice". Marcus acts for a variety of clients from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to large corporates and specialises in the financial and professional services, healthcare and technology sectors. He has a strong background in corporate law, having practised in Yorkshire and nationally for over two decades. Marcus joined us in 2022 and is based in Leeds.
