David is a Partner in our corporate team. He is a corporate lawyer and a member of our health sector who handles corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, company formations and restructuring, partnership and shareholder agreements and disputes. David acts for a wide variety of clients and is experienced in acting for individuals and SMEs and is a The Legal 500 'Recommended Lawyer'. David heads up the Firm’s Pharmacy M&A Team and has established a reputation as a leading healthcare specialist lawyer, acting for a range of healthcare organisations along with healthcare professionals such as pharmacists, dentists and General Practitioners. David has a solid background in contentious and non-contentious matters as he has practised for over six years and represented prominent healthcare professionals. David joined us in 2011 as a trainee and qualified in 2013. He is based in our Liverpool office.
