Dan McCormack Bio

Dan McCormack is a Partner in our corporate team. A highly experienced corporate transactions lawyer, Dan has a strong track record of supporting and delivering a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs (MBOs), group reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. Dan recently played a key role in deals such as the MBO of DSG Chartered Accountants in Liverpool, as well as the acquisition of North Brewing by Kirkstall Brewery and the disposal of Chapmans Agricultural to private investment group GIL Investments. Dan is based in Leeds and joined us in December 2024.
