Caroline Litchfield is a Partner and leads our Manufacturing and Supply Chain team. Caroline is an experienced corporate lawyer handling transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint ventures and advising on shareholder agreements and corporate matters. Caroline has extensive sector expertise in the automotive sector advising on the acquisitions and disposals of car dealerships, including multi-franchise car dealership acquisition projects. She is also head of our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Sector Group counting Rhenus Logistics, Rhenus Warehousing, VEKA plc, Bridgestone Tyres and Recticel, amongst others, as her clients in this sector. In 2015 she was ranked by business platform MarketIQ as one of the ‘top 10 legal advisers’ (by deal volume) in the North West and she is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500. Caroline advises both UK and international clients who include, Beaverbrooks The Jewellers, VT Holdings (owner of CCR Motor Co, Wessex Garages and Griffin Mill Garages), Begbies Traynor Group plc and Brayleys Cars. Caroline joined us in 1995 and is based in our Manchester office.
