Misty Keep is a partner in our Corporate Department in the Johannesburg office and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Misty specialises in private mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, company and commercial law. Misty is able to make a material difference to transactions and has a creative approach in finding solutions to challenging legal issues. Misty often takes the lead in multi-disciplinary and cross border transactions. Misty has BCom and LLB (cum laude) degrees from Stellenbosch University, a Certificate in Advanced Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
