Misty Keep is a partner in our Corporate Department in the Johannesburg office and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Misty specialises in private mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, company and commercial law. Misty is able to make a material difference to transactions and has a creative approach in finding solutions to challenging legal issues.
