Janine Howard Bio

Janine specialises in private mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on private equity investment. Janine has lead and closed transactions across various jurisdictions and is an expert at managing the sensitivities of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Whilst generally sector agnostic in terms of the transactions she acts on, Janine has successfully executed private M&A deals across a variety of sectors, including financial services, logistics, food and agriculture, technology, mining and renewable resources. Janine also regularly acts as counsel for underwriters in W&I insurance transactions and has developed this offering both in the South African market and across the broader African continent.
