Andrew Davidson Bio

Andrew specialises in M&A, private equity, venture capital, banking and finance transactions. During his career, Andrew has also served as general counsel in the corporate space and uses this experience together with his financial skills to ensure that any advice fits within the framework of his client’s business and aligns to their long-term strategies. Andrew also has experience in corporate governance, trust law and pension and provident funds and has served as both a principal officer and company secretary.
