Aman Assefa, a recognized lawyer for his innovative ways and track record of more than 20 years’ in providing quality legal service, is the managing partner at Aman Assefa & Associates Law Office. With depth of experience in academia, judiciary and corporate private practice, Aman’s expertise include corporate law, M&A (including private equity practice), anti-trust and banking, and infrastructure and projects. Aman holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Law.
