John Nobbs is an attorney in the Southpointe, Pennsylvania office of Bowles Rice. His broad business-focuses practice helps closely held businesses during their entire life cycle, including from start-up to wind-down. John provides entity structure advice to clients who are forming business entities, including corporations, LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures. He also provides ongoing counseling for a wide array of corporate governance, commercial and transactional matters, for a broad spectrum of businesses, including the manufacturing, transportation, construction, dental, hospitality, technology, retail, and services industries. John also assists clients in the formation and counseling of non-profit entities. John drafts, interprets and advises clients on a wide range of business contracts and agreements, including for international transactions. Related thereto, he assists in the review, negotiation, and documentation of loan and financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured transactions. John represents individuals to purchase or sell their business through assets or stock sales, and advises owners on succession planning. He also represents all sizes of businesses through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other major restructuring transactions. John also has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and investment matters.
