Dominique Guex Bio

Dominique Guex obtained a law degree from the University of Fribourg in 2000 and passed his bar exam in Berne in 2005. He then obtained an LL.M. (2012) and a Certificate in Corporate Finance (2014) from Georgetown University in Washington DC, and also passed the New York State Bar Exam, with which he is registered(non-practising). Dominique Guex has worked for the Competition Commission in Berne, the European (DG COMP) and US (FTC) competition authorities, and the District Court of Biel-Nidau. He joined the firm as an associate in 2005 and has been a partner since 2016. Dominique Guex supports his clients in all aspects of their business activities, including sound tax, competition and intellectual property advice. He is fluent in French, English and German.
