Brantley Wright is a partner in the Real Estate, Site Selection and Economic Incentives, and Business Services Groups. Brant focuses his practice in advising clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, procurement of economic incentives, construction, leasing and disposing of property and in the formation, structuring, acquisition and sale of businesses. He has extensive experience negotiating joint ventures, hospitality agreements, ground leases, retail and industrial leases and purchase and sale agreements. He also represents clients in the evaluation, procurement, and negotiation of economic development and workforce development incentives. Representative clients are middle market to Fortune 500 companies, including hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, real estate developers and retail tenants.
