Johan Roman Bio

Johan advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has over two decades of experience in the field. He has a distinguished clientele that includes top private equity sponsors, major industrial firms, and leading financial institutions. Johan also offers guidance on matters concerning private equity funds, ownership and equity structures, and the transactional side of mining and renewables projects. He frequently shares his expertise with the Finnish business community and lectures at the University of Helsinki. Johan holds a Master of Science (Economics) degree in addition to his law degree. Johan is the Managing Partner of the firm.
