Joel advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and industrial transactions. Joel has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional M&A spanning various industry sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and the circular economy. Prior to joining Borenius, Joel worked at a Finnish listed company for five years, where he held the position of Director, M&A Legal. Before that, Joel worked at the M&A and Private Equity team of Borenius for several years, including a secondment at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London.
