Warren Learmonth provides expertise to clients in the areas of securities and corporate law. Within his practice, he acts as counsel to companies, investment bankers and board special committees in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring transactions. His clients are involved in a wide variety of industry sectors, including biotechnology, e-business, financial services, forestry and mining. Additionally, Warren has extensive experience working with both private and public companies on the adoption of securities-based executive compensation plans.
