Tasy practises corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Before joining BLG, Tasy practised corporate and commercial law with a large firm in Montréal. He was also seconded at a globally-recognized professional services firm, where he focused on risk management in private and public procurement. Tasy is fluent in English, French and Greek.
