Peter Bryan Bio

Peter focuses his practice on the formation, financing, purchase and sale of corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, particularly in oil and gas and energy infrastructure projects. Before joining BLG in 2011, Peter was Senior Legal Counsel and Manager of Pipeline Business Development for a large energy infrastructure company. He is the National Leader of our Oil & Gas Group. Peter provides legal services through a Law Corporation.
